Summary:
As both designer and builder, Bearmark worked closely with the client to reimagine the property as a cohesive whole, integrating the front and rear yards into a unified outdoor environment. Our goal was to create more usable space while ensuring the home’s architectural character felt grounded in the landscape. Through careful grading, considered spatial planning, and a refined material palette, the result is a functional, livable landscape that quietly elevates the way the home and the outdoors is experienced. Topped off with a planting palette whose rich textures really bring the outdoor space to life.
