Bearmark is a landscape design and build company comprised of registered landscape architects working in collaboration with highly qualified construction managers.

Bearmark was first established in 2011 when Brian left his career as a practicing landscape architect in a design office to build a full service landscape design and installation company. Brian and Krista started the company out of their home in East Vancouver while raising their three kids.

Over the next five years, Brian and Krista joined forces with experienced and qualified construction managers responsible for building the landscapes. The company now has a warehouse and office space in Vancouver and full time landscape architects on staff.

We are a team of designers and builders.

As registered landscape architects and members of the BCSLA, we are registered professionals trained and educated in the practice of landscape architecture. We have a strong foundation in design that allows us to offer creative and responsible design solutions that are economically viable. 

We are local
We are intimately connected to our local environment because we are from here. We know what materials, plants and building practices work best in our climate because we have experienced the results of past efforts. We design and build contextually appropriate site solutions.

We are invested
We love this city and understand the challenges of living in Vancouver and raising healthy families. We want to create beautiful outdoor spaces for families to enjoy and come together in that provides the escape from the stress and anxieties of busy city life.
