The Bearmark construction crew is the engine that makes our company run. We are proud of our crew members in what they bring as individuals and how they work together as a team in turning ours and our clients visions into beautiful, functional, liveable landscapes.

Our construction team is a unique group of people that all bring individual skills. The team consists of project managers and skilled installers who have been with Bearmark for over 6 years, to our general construction crew members that work hard on site and are constantly improving their skills, to our temporary or seasonal crew that come from universities or from travelling abroad.

All our construction team, no matter what position they hold, what specific job they are doing, or what type of project they are on, follow our Bearmark Code of Conduct and the Bearmark Core Values in everything they do.
